Carrie has spent more than two and one half decades within the financial services community. First with Boatmen's Bank in St. Louis, followed by PaineWebber/UBS, then Banc of America Investment Services and as a founding partner of Capstan, Carrie has consistently demonstrated her ability to deliver for her clients with persistent effort and diligent planning with a client-centered focus.
As a member of the Capstan Leadership Committee, Carrie develops and implements the firm's long-term strategic plan. Her day-to-day activities revolve around her responsibility for guiding Capstan's portfolio selection process through asset allocation, investment manager selection, technical and tactical analysis in addition to application of investment policies.
Carrie holds the Series 7, Series 63, Series 65 regis-trations and Life, Health, Long - Term care and Annuity licenses in addition to holding the Chartered Retirement Plan Counselor (CRPC®) and Accredited Domestic Partnership AdvisorSM (ADPA®) designations from the College of Financial Planning. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Finance degree. Carrie currently sits on the IMG Foundation Board of Directors, has previously sat on the Executive Board of Directors for ALSO, a local non-for-profit charity aiding youth in LGBTQ community and has completed the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce Leadership program in years past. Carrie joined the Sarasota community from St. Louis, MO 15 years ago to enjoy warmer weather and has built a home for herself with her two rescued greyhounds, for which she has an immense passion.

Joyce has served within the financial services community for 37 years. She spent her first 13 years at Citizens Federal Saving & Loan as an assistant manager before joining Nations Bank and eventually Bank of America Investments/Merrill Lynch. In that span she has cultivated a client services, operations and compliance background that are rich with experience and knowledge. Her primary goal is to ensure Capstan Financial Consulting Group provides the highest level of service possible to both new and existing client relationships.
Joyce is a graduate of Mankato Business College in Minnesota. She is a mother of four sons. While away from the office, her hobbies include travel, reading and various church functions.
Joyce has lived in Florida for almost 50 years - calling Sarasota home since 1976.
